Sum Of R
Orga
Czar Of Revelations
Cyclic Law
It`s a third album from Sum Of R and if the band`s name never appeared to you before, it has about to change and... I would ring a bell in your head so loud to make it happen. Orga is something very unique, like a traveler in time and space and much more...
Orga means organic, organism. They are not metal but much likely dark ambient, electronic band with wide ranges of synthesizers any kind, including organs. They are instrumental band; eerie, dark and sometimes put subconscious threat on you through disturbance of music. They use bass, guitars and percussion very sublimely like they were never there in their songs but they are. For me, Orga has a feeling of movie soundtracks like the one to Ridley Scott`s alien or cyber sci-fi films with freezing, hypnotic atmosphere and coldness. You know what it is if you`ve seen those universes...Because they do not use words (except introduction and in epilogue of the album) they leave me a space to my own imagination and how I understand this album. What`s the greatest about it, every time you play the album, this can be something different your mind creates and how reacts to music. It`s up to you how far you want to go with it but I certainly go beyond, the places in mind and space I would not if this album never happened. It`s like releasing all your fears into black hole so it can never return to you because Orga is stronger than that...The band do even more. They deconstruct something old to build completely new music horizons. Like back and forth process but always moving forward. Maybe that`s why this album sounds so much to date, so much NOW if you know what I mean. I do not think Orga is a stimulus caused by many inspirations, it is more about where it comes from which I have no one answer for it...
Would you believe this band is run by just two persons? But they are, and sound really professional, like there were more people involved in the band itself. They have done fantastic job on the field of producing and mastering this album. Every track and beats find its pace and balance in music perfectly. I receive this peaceful but powerful synergy that comes to me from depths and mysteries of this album. Really priceless experience!
