Steel Messiah
Of Laser And Lightning
Independent
Young German band Steel Messiah debuts their virgin material with music that every band should be proud of. No shit, this is verve and flexible heavy metal played with a youngster`s spirit but awesome song writing and quality is already with them. You can pick up random song off the EP and they deliver melodic leads and rhythms as its finest. Tracks like Struck By Lightning, Dr. Steel, Motorcycle Maniac are warming up my blood of music enthusiast with their speed and heavy metal attitude. Vocals are done supremely well with nice and catchy lines. Marius can go high with his voice like Rob Halford which is great and naturally symbiosis music of the band. Songs, even if melodic have razor sharp guitar shreds and a lot of influences from Accept, Eisenhauer and Judas Priest, of course.
The EP is even sweeter and danger with all spicy guitar solos they perform. In time when lot of bands do not care about solos anymore, more appreciations go to Steel Massiah for doing it so good.
When I listen to this band`s debut I found no way they could have written so powerful songs without passion and devotion to what they do but they have done it. They have it all right to write memorable tracks like those 5 ones on the EP and they love heavy metal and so do I their music.
Line up for this release:
Marius Rontgen-bass, voc.
Kai Wagner-guit.
Marcus Glaser-guit.
Moritz Nothhelfer-drums
