Born Suffer Die is a 3 tracks EP that pave the way to band`s upcoming album that is expected to be released by the Fall this year.
EP characterizes a good sound production which involves work from former guitarist of the band To Pica who is back to the ranks of Sacred Sin.
Track Born Suffer Die opens with disharmonic guitars riffs that kind of create a bridge for melodic rhythms and few faster, aggressive death metal fragments in this track. You can clearly hear the coherence and musical maturity in song of this band.
False Deceiver is not a fast song. Drummer is hitting it harder. Vocal choruses make music sound darker and when vocalists sings “False Deceiver”, it is sort of climax for the song that is later empowered by keyboard passages. Guitar leads and solos are woven around heavier death metal riffs. Yes, this song is definitely the heaviest of the EP and possibly most atmospheric from them all.
Cursed has clean, thrash metal vocal which was not sung like that in the previous tracks so, for a few seconds you may need to adjust to the new offering from this Portuguese band. Song feature ripping guitar solos and character of music takes it more toward thrash metal this time.
