Mass Insanity
Maveth
More Hate Productions
It`s already third album from this Polish band which was formed in 2003.
Maveth is a modern take on death metal when comes to playing music which in this case are brutal and groove death metal songs based on 3-4 skull crashing riffs in each song, good enough to remember them for something. For me such songs are Control / Manipulate (intensity and powerful guitar work), Determined To Survive (clashing guitar passages in style of Malevolent Creation), most heaviest and atmospheric track is Cleanseation Course with use of keyboards. And last but not least – in tracks like Maveth and Supported Pathology, band`s devotion go toward fast death metal, focused on strong guitar rhythms and classic death metal shreds. When Darkness Cover the World is also the song that I identify with music of Decapitated and there are more moments in this album that remind me of this band.
Vocals and drumming on the record sound pretty solid. Production of the album delivers a realm of death metal as its finest which is also a combination of Polish and Swedish sound.
Maveth definitely deserves to put the album on a spotlight and Mass Insanity certainly need an attention of death metal maniacs everywhere with such good album.
