Lucid Dreams
Build And Destroy
Red Ball Productions DigiCD
Norway is not black metal infamous only as some of you might know already. There is Heavy metal band Lucid Dream with S/T album from 2013 and I strongly recommend you to read forward and check out what lies beneath their new CD Build and destroy.
Wow! This band is just great. That`s my first impression after the wave of Hellbound song spread over my mind and opens the ethereal offerings that human subconscious delivers. Album is very unique with heavy metal and classic guitars riffs packed up with fluent solos on top of it. I am truly mesmerized by melodic and esoteric keyboards passages that reflect some hard rock and progressive albums from 80`s and 90`s. Thorleif Ostmoe underlines excellence of the album and goes with beautiful solos even as good as guitarists. The album is spellbinding by clean vocals of Fredrik Sindsen that are completely stunning and perfectly sang. I can write nothing but compliments about this celestial album that devouring light and gives priceless comfort of being surrounded by dark entities as guards of well deserved relief.
Build and destroy is very memorable in emotions as well and there`s so many things going on and those never let you stop dreaming to its wild consummation or whatever this Norwegians could do to you by music. Every band member is very music wise and contributes their parts in charming and perfectly balanced symbiosis. Check out Lucid Dreams, they won`t let you down and could make your world surreal life experience.
