Incarnit
The Grand Cult
Big Balls Productions CD
This is happening when childhood friends met and keep their interest over the years which is music. Not only in Sweden where the band come from, but I guess it is going on somewhere on the world right now which is always nice. In circumstances like that the best option to spit out some anger and blame some unwelcome situations or experiences is to record some music and that what has been done here by 4 piece band Incarnit. This is 10 tracks debut album and those are my thoughts on it.
This album efficiently defeats any straight opinion about genre they could be most effective for. I would say they do not care to sound thrash, nu metal, hard core and they are fit to do so within those songs. This album surrounds pretty melodies both instrumentally and vocally and they put out some aggressive-guitar tunes but also plenty of harmonies and catching motives. I think it is decent stuff, quite controlled, well produced and balanced so could be for everyone if there are a little open minded people out there. I like vocals here at points when Robert is doing sort of double singing or choruses that reminds me Machine head but I do not think it is even a clue here but fleeting association more likely. Lyric wise and fuck off and fuck you(depends where you from) attitude seems to be predominant here but not only. You can make some effort and check it out for yourself as it is very good album even if not the greatest yet.
