Hordes Of The Apocalypse
Now They Are Everywhere, There Is No Escape!
Fila Sophiae
Symbol Of Domination
This band is a project of two Swedes that share their music ideas through internet and this album is an effect of their efforts. I have to tell you that they have super funny and cheesy graphics in booklet of the CD and lyrics. Everything that goes with short films and b-movies about zombies, super heroes, knights on motorcycles, slimy green creatures , UFO, alien abductions, stalker with an idea to strangle a victim, mutants, psychopath from space with a chainsaw and just everything silly and ridiculous. Total apocalypse!
Now, I believe you can imagine what are themes of the songs. They are all very funny but not nice because they sing about horrible things. As you know, we all like it because people like being scared, right folks? So, graphically this album is just FAN-TAS-TIC and their stories along, too!
With music, they are all over the place with genres. You can hear death, thrash metal, grind, crust punk and hard core. One or two songs sounds like Motorhead and you could say that this album in some parts is a dirty rock`n`roll and heavy metal . Those two guys have a lot of fun with this band obviously. Cheesiness of their extreme music and graphics have spread very good mood on me and my fucking guts like it. It`s just so funny album to listen to!
Also, you might like Hordes Of The Apocalypse because you enjoy TV series Stranger Things or the band Reverend Hellbastard (OK, just being stupid with this last sentence).
