Guiltys Law
Rise Again
Black-Listed CD
I do not mean to offend other people from Asia but since the beginning my opinion about Japan is always constant and that they are dominating and most wonderful country in that region with great culture and differences which are very attractive for Europeans and me in particular. It is just so freaking great that I am in touch with this band from Tokyo as I always have been into that scene this way or another.
In 2009 the band released first album called Total Insanity and 5 years after the second one Rise Again is out with 9 tracks CD and it is subject of this review.
Guiltys Law is a representant of melodic heavy metal and has 5 members and four of them are vocalists besides being instrumentalists. I am writing that because Rise Again multiplies and doubles up many vocal passages and longing choruses. The band pushed that to the successful maximum and all those vocal arrangements are truly amazing. Japanese accent is lightly underlined in and that makes difference which says they are not Helloween even if you want to think so. On the other hand I am certain to tell that Rise Again is influenced by Eurometal more than any other continent. All instrumental/music aspect of this CD is a backbone of best European classic albums plus Asian twist and there they go-Guiltys Law.
