Debut album from this German band is a must listen to record. 8 songs of melodic death metal is a journey you do not want to miss out. Absolutely groundbreaking sound of the record makes me sit somewhere on my favorite spot, leave worries behind and just enjoy very solid death metal music that flows out of speakers. From the very first song till the last one, it`s a hell of a ride because the music is impressive on every level. The album has a hooks, excellent shreds, melodic guitar solos and many times, the guitar groove is just breathtaking. Even if this album has my all attention when comes to stunning guitar work and arrangements, the drumming leaves no doubt that this band is a future for metal scene. On top of it, there are sort of guttural-growls which bring some chills and brutality to the sound; also so much needed in well defined, melodic death metal records as this one.
From Ashes Reborn was founded in 2017 and as in fact, they have recorded this memorable album within just few months since they got together, so...I think that “competition” between bands like At The Gates, Dark Tranquility, Amon Amarth and now From Ashes Reborn should be much more exciting for me as a listener because thank to the albums like Existence Exiled there is a better music around. Check this album out, in my opinion it`s a pretender to one of the best debuts of 2018 in category unsigned bands.
