Disboskator
Terror In Dreamland CD EP Selfrelease
Disboskator is a young trio thrash metal band from Italia that just released their first CD EP and they hoping to hit some stages showing you all they are there for you. I would not imagine to play in band but more likely to lie down on some sunny beach in Italy or Spain and that is how I have chosen to run a magazine.
Terror in dreamland is a four songs ambitious representation of the band that have some good ideas of how to spread their musical disease around and that`s what I thing about it; First of all the band want to be as much aggressive as they can and as smartest in compositions as they can and that`s OK even if it still needs some fixation or basically on-going musicianship. They have better riffs going on than those ones you`d like to avoid eventually. Vocals on this record have that melo-striking manner and I like that. Second, production or mastering of this record has a lot of question marks so do not expect any ground breaking sounds here that you like in your other favourite bands. I am sure that this trio is aware of that so every next step must be just better one and it means capability to make good studio choices. I like Disboskator`s thrashy edge and that they want to be moody at times. I am glad they do not mix it with other genres so they can make it more perfect for us in the future. For now they are better music wise than sound wise.
