This album has very archaic and chaotic songs, and the easiest way to describe music is death metal - half oriented to old school, half to modern death metal. Songs like Pseudocyesis (they play here like Cannibal Corpse) and His Name Is War, both these tracks have guitars that work with enthusiasm for technical death metal, but this is not the kind of album, at least not so much. There are moments in which they play some aggressive, thrash riffs (Antigodspeed, The Truth, The Way And The Lie), but in the end, the impression is that they are death metal band with some anti-religious and social lyrical content/views.
This album does not have a very good sound of instruments and vocals, also the production of the album is too flat, which is not encouraging to listen to songs. The singer is very messy with his vocals and even if he tries to approach the songs differently (in manner of death metal and grind), his vocals are simply chaotic, with tendencies to irritate.
Some instrumental music ideas of the album are not bad (rather some short fragments in songs, not the whole tracks). However, it`s really hard to find a connection to their music which is surrounded by doubtful quality sound. For now, I think it`s not a very interesting album but for comfort, the name of the band is easy to remember, I just wish the music was...
